Did you know that April Showers bring May Flowers?  What do May Flowers bring?

I don’t know about you, but I can’t believe that April is almost over.  Flowers are blooming, sun is shining and birds are singing!  What more could we want!  How about beginning the month of May with a Session.  That’s right, May 1st is our Session date, lunch at 11:15 and session begins at 12:30.

On the agenda this month is the annual reports from the committees.  I have seen the sewing committee report already and you will be impressed, I promise you.  Also, the officers who were not already installed, will be installed in May.  There will be also follow up on the website, ad in the Supreme Installation Program and more.

Lunch is being supplied by North Clackamas County Nile Club.  We will be having Shepherd’s Pie, Fruit Salad and Pudding Parfait, all for just $10.  And because we are celebrating the Portland’s Shrine Hospital 100th Birthday all year long, there will be a small gift for everyone.

Just in case you can’t make the Session and/or you want to enjoy some additional social time with the Ladies, remember to “Zoom along with Nydia” on May 2nd at 7pm.  The zoom link will go out next week.  Hope to see everyone at session and/or at the zoom meeting.

A reminder, the Queen’s Appreciation Tea and Membership Social is on May 19th at 2pm at Al Kader.  This is no cost to you.  After the tea, we will be playing bunco for those who would like to stick around and play.  Please RSVP Patti Baldwin at 503-910-0027

Oh, by the way, Mayflowers bring Pilgrams!!

Nile Love, Queen Linda
